Today....

Today I should have been to my cousin's funeral but I didn't go because I was so sick. I should have been there and been able to grieve with my family. I did talk to mom and frank today on the phone and that helped alot. I wish things could have been different for Deralynn, but alas they were not. I sit here in the quiet of my home and think about her girls and become so thankful for my family. If she did nothing else, she brought clarity to my life and I am thankful for that.
